OUR Coalitions

The collective has partnered with coalitions in order to help support the bills that the coalitions are working to advocate for.

The Common Start Coalition is a statewide partnership of organizations, providers, parents, early educators and advocates working together to make high-quality early education and child care affordable and accessible.

The Common Start legislation, H.605 (filed by Representatives Gordon & Madaro) & S.362(filed by Senators Lewis & Moran), would establish a system of affordable, high-quality early education and child care for all Massachusetts over a 5-year timeline.

The collective attends coalition meetings. Members also submitted a testimony in October 2021 in support of the bill.
